Evelyn Aguonia, Business Services Manager, is a 1999 graduate of the Business Administration Program in Accounting from Cambrian College and was formerly employed as the Loans Administrator for Waubetek from 1990 to 1996. She also served on the Sheguiandah First Nation Council for 7 terms. Evelyn has been instrumental in developing Waubetek loan processes and documentation along with solid working relationships with our clients. She re-joined Waubetek in 1999 upon graduating. Evelyn is currently enrolled in a Public Administration and Governance part-time program through First Nations Technical Institute and Ryerson University. |  |
| | Maureen Aiabens, Finance Officer, joined Waubetek in August 1990 and has been in her current financial position with the corporation since 1991 when she successfully underwent comprehensive training with the corporation’s accountant who also provided training on the AccPac accounting software. Along with the financial training, Ms. Aiabens has been trained on all software used by the corporation and has the responsibility of being our computer network supervisor. Ms. Aiabens has a medical secretary diploma and worked previously with the Manitoulin Health Centre. She is a member of the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve. |  |

Arnelda Bennett, Business Development Officer and External Delivery Officer with Aboriginal Business Canada, earned a diploma in Business Administration from Canadore College and has completed the Certified Economic Developer Program through the University of Waterloo. Her work background includes employment as the Economic Development Officer with her home community of Sagamok Anishnawbek for 5 years and 1 year at Saulteaux Enterprises as the Business Services Officer. Arnelda has assisted in a variety of business start-ups through her previous employment and in her current position. Arnelda has been with Waubetek since September 2000. |  |

Dawn Madahbee, General Manager, earned a degree in political science and has background experience in program development and management in the public sector. Ms. Madahbee gained her business experience through operating a small retail outlet in her home community of Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation for 12 years and through private consulting with First Nation communities. She currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the National Aboriginal Economic Development Board. She is a former Chairperson of the Northern Ontario Development Corporation and a current member of several economic/business advisory committees to the Federal and Provincial government. Dawn has been with Waubetek since 1988.

Andrea McGregor, Loans and Contributions Officer, member of the Beausoleil First Nation, joined Waubetek in September 2001. Prior to Waubetek, she was employed with the Whitefish River First Nation as an Executive Assistant to the Chief and Council. She was also previously employed as a Customer Service Representative with the TD Bank and CIBC Bank. She studied Law and Security at Humber College and recently graduated from the Office Administration Program with First Nation Technical Institute and St. Lawrence College. Andrea is presently working toward her Economic Development Program Certificate with the University of Waterloo and her Small Business Counselor Certification through Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation. |  |

Angela McLeod, Finance Assistant, joined Waubetek in the summer of 2005 as a recent graduate of the Business Administration Program at Cambrian College. She worked previously with her home community of Sheshegwaning First Nation in their tourism and youth programs. |  |

His educational background includes Business Administration from CDI college and is completing his studies in the Economic Development Program with the University of Waterloo. Jason worked previously for Gezhtoojig Employment and Training Services assisting clients with the delivery of small business services. Jason is a member of the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve. |  |

Julie Toulouse, Finance Assistant, is a member of the Thessalon First Nation, and joined Waubetek in March 2006. She brings several years of administrative experience with her. She was previously employed as a Facility Manager/Executive Assistant for Cyberplex Interactive Media, which is a technology consulting organization. Julie is a graduate of the Correctional Worker program from Algonquin College and has taken training as a PC Windows Specialist with the Tazumi-Tech Business and Computer College in Toronto. |  |

Ms. Sayers joined Waubetek in October 2008 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Laurentian University (Algoma University College). Prior to Waubetek, she was employed with Weengushk Film Institute as the Marketing and Resource Development Manager, and then as the Director of Development for the organization. She was also previously employed with Algoma University as the Indigenous Outreach Officer. Taylor is a member of the Garden River First Nation. |  |
