Loans cannot be provided for personal or non-commercial purposes.

Approvals are based on Waubetek’s loans policy and lending criteria.

Security and/or guarantees are required on each loan.

Interest rates range from prime rate plus 2% to 4%, competitive, and are adjusted annually.

Loan approvals are made by Waubetek’s Board of Directors at monthly meetings.

Appointments may be arranged through your local Band Economic Development Office.

Waubetek may also work with other funding agencies to leverage financial assistance for business development in this area.
